INGREDIENTS

WHOLE WHEAT CREPES
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk I use 2%
1/2 cup white whole wheat flour or whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup water

FILLING
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper optional
1 (8 ounce) bag fresh spinach
1 (12 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
1/4 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
1 (8 ounce) brie wheel sliced into slices

SWEET HONEY SAUCE
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
