Cinnamon Roasted Almonds



A quick & easy recipe for crunchy nuts coated in cinnamon sugar. But be warned: this healthy snack is highly addictive! This healthy snack is really easy to make, and it’s great for tucking into lunch bags or even hostess gifts! The nuts will stay fresh for a few weeks if stored in an airtight container.

Ingredients

2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp powdered Swerve sweetener
¼ tsp salt
2 c (240g) raw almonds
cooking spray

Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the cinnamon, Swerve, and salt.
  3. Place the almonds in a single layer on a rimmed baking tray, and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven, shake it back and forth to move around the almonds, and continue to bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the almonds are lightly fragrant and toasty.
