Piri Piri Chicken Kebab with Piri Piri Grilled Corn on the cob

Today İ make chicken piri piri kebab serve with piri piri grilled corn. İf you are fan of grilled chicken, give a try this piri piri skewer. 
And the corn..... Well... İ lloovveee it! in fact the grilled piri piri corn will be my repeatable meal for me and family.

Ingredients and how to make Chicken piri piri skewer:

  • 500 g boneless chicken thigh or breast, cut into chunk
  • pinch of salt and black pepper 
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp piri piri sauce and more for basting
  • some lemon slice for serving
  • some skewer

Grilled Corn with piri piri sauce:
  1. 5 to 7 corn on the cob
  2. ½ cup piri piri sauce and more for basting
  3. 2 to 3 tbsp butter
  4. pinch of salt and sugar to taste
  5. İn wide pan heat butter, mix in piri piri sauce, salt and sugar. Add in enough water, place the corn in single layer on the pan. İ didn't measure the water but it enough to cook the corn for about 7 to 10 mnts. The water should not to cover all the corn. Turn the corn once in a while until the water reduce. You should have left over sauce, do not discard, use for basting the corn during grilling.
  6. Grill the corn over char coal or grilling pan and brush generously with the remaining sauce.
